I don't know about you guys, but unfortunately Fat Decimator System I'm not one of those lucky ladies with a naturally super-fast metabolism; hence why I consume lots of food that increases metabolism. I can't say that I've ever had very serious weight problems, such as obesity, but I used to be bigger and slightly overweight. I noticed that I had a few friends who ate as much as me, did not work out, and were thin thin thin! That's how life works folks, it just ain't fair. But I learned quickly that there were things I could do in order to get thin as well, I just had to put a little bit more effort into it. At the same time, because of this effort, I became a much healthier person overall, as I began to hit the gym and eat healthier foods. So if you're like me, and lack a metabolism that works at the speed of light, don't despair! But definitely get your butt to the gym and start eating better.
The reason metabolism is so important is that it helps you burn more calories, boosts your energy, and replaces your fat with muscle. Two processes, called anabolism and catabolism, combine together to create metabolism. The first is where body cells synthesize protoplasm in order to grow and repair themselves. The second is where substances that are complex break down to form simple substances, creating energy for body cells. Both anabolism and catabolism distribute nutrients throughout the body after your digest your food. Now, we all want a high metabolic rate, because this determines how many calories you use everyday to function. The more calories you burn, the better for your weight.
